Bespoke joinery plays a defining role in commercial interiors. Quality, precision and attention to detail matter — which is why we manufacture it ourselves.
Available as a standalone service or as part of a complete Bobblehat fit-out, the manufacturing team works directly with brands, architects, interior designers and principal contractors to deliver bespoke joinery packages, from technical development and prototyping through to manufacture, delivery and installation.
Based in North Devon, the workshop combines skilled craftsmanship and modern manufacturing capability with a highly competitive cost base. This enables us to produce bespoke counters, display units, shelving, cabinetry, panelling and feature joinery efficiently for commercial interiors across the UK.
Close collaboration between manufacturing, technical design and project delivery provides greater control over quality, programme and buildability at every stage.
Connecting technical development directly with production allows details to be resolved before manufacture begins, changes to be managed quickly and every item to be quality-checked before leaving the workshop — helping ensure it arrives on site ready to install.

Approved drawings are developed into the production information, component details and cutting lists required by our workshop.

Boards, laminates, veneers and ironmongery are procured to specification, with CNC machining providing accuracy and consistency throughout production.

Assembly & finishing
Skilled craftsmanship brings everything together.
Components are assembled, dry-fitted and finished by our workshop team, combining traditional joinery skills with modern manufacturing methods.

Quality control & installation
Checked before it leaves us.
Finished joinery is inspected against the approved drawings, carefully protected and prepared for delivery and installation on site.
