    Technical Design & Coordination

    Working alongside clients, architects and consultants, our technical design team develops coordinated construction information that resolves challenges before work begins.

  3. 03Project Delivery

    Procurement & Pre-Construction

    Materials, specialist trades and long-lead items are procured and coordinated ahead of construction, with programmes, Construction Phase Plans and RAMS prepared for site.

  4. 04In-House Joinery

    In-House Manufacturing

    Bespoke joinery is manufactured in our North Devon workshop using skilled craftsmen and modern CNC technology, quality checked before leaving for installation.

  5. 05Project Delivery

    Construction & Site Delivery

    As Principal Contractor we manage every aspect of construction — specialist trades, health and safety, programme and daily site operations.

  6. 06Project Delivery

    Practical Completion & Handover

    Following final inspections, snagging and quality assurance, we complete handover with all relevant documentation, ready for occupation.

Answers to some of the most common questions about our project delivery, construction and fit-out services.

Do you act as Principal Contractor?

Yes. On the majority of our projects we are appointed as Principal Contractor, taking full responsibility for construction, CDM duties, coordination and delivery from commencement through to practical completion.

Can you work from an architect or designer’s drawings?

Absolutely. We regularly deliver projects designed by third-party architects and design agencies, developing their intent into coordinated, buildable construction information.

What size projects do you take on?

Recent projects range from 20 sqm concessions through to 500+ sqm flagship stores and multi-site rollouts in excess of £2m — across retail, hospitality and workplace.

Is joinery really made in-house?

Yes. Bespoke joinery is manufactured in our North Devon workshop using skilled craftsmen and CNC machinery, then quality checked before it leaves for installation.

How do you manage health and safety?

Every site is supported by Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and regular inspections. We are SafeContractor approved with £10m public liability cover.
